This website, kurvacious.online (the "Website"), is owned and operated by GAZPRO UNITED SDN BHD (Company No. 201101036629 / 964763-T), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered address at 18, Jalan Hi-Tech 7/2, Kawasan Perindustrian Hi-Tech 7, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia ("we", "us", "our").

Gazpro United Sdn Bhd is the seller of record for all orders placed through this Website, in every market we serve. All payments are processed and settled in Malaysian Ringgit by Gazpro United Sdn Bhd, and Gazpro United Sdn Bhd is the name that will appear on your payment or card statement.

Kurvacious is a brand of Gazillion Nutrition. GAZILLION NUTRITION PTE LIMITED (Company No. 76538457), 6/F Wilson Logistics Centre, 24-28 Kung Yip Street, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, is our Hong Kong office. It provides local customer support and receives product returns for Hong Kong customers on behalf of Gazpro United Sdn Bhd.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

Access to and use of this Website, and the products and services available through it (together, the "Services"), is subject to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. By using the Services you agree to all of them, as updated by us from time to time. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, restrict or amend the Services without notice and will not be liable if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Health Information and Product Claims

This section is important. Please read it in full.

  1. Kurvacious Level-Up Collagen PLUS is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  2. Information on this Website, including the founder's account, customer testimonials, before-and-after images, measurements and reviews, describes the individual experiences of the persons named. Individual results vary and no particular result is promised, guaranteed or warranted. Outcomes depend on age, body composition, hormonal status, genetics, consistency of use, diet, exercise and other factors we do not control.
  3. Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or have any concern about your health, consult your doctor before use.
  4. This product is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age, or for women who are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Persons with hormone-sensitive conditions, a history of breast, ovarian or uterine cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, thyroid disorders, or who are undergoing hormone therapy, must consult a doctor before use.
  5. Please read the full ingredient list on the product page before purchasing. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

4. Eligibility to Order

To purchase from us you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid payment method acceptable to us. When placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are true and accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, resale, or a breach of these terms.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase, subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price.

After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Gazpro United Sdn Bhd is formed only when we send you confirmation by email that the goods have been dispatched. Only the goods listed in that dispatch confirmation form part of the contract.

6. Pricing, Currency and Payment

  1. We take care to display accurate descriptions and prices, but errors can occur. If we identify a pricing error on goods you have ordered, we will contact you and offer the choice of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling. If we cannot reach you, the order is treated as cancelled and any payment made is refunded in full.
  2. Currency. Prices may be displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for customers browsing from those markets. These displayed prices are converted for reference at a fixed rate. All orders are processed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and the MYR amount shown at checkout is the amount that will be charged. Your card issuer or bank converts that MYR amount to your local currency at its own rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee. The final amount debited from your account may therefore differ slightly from the displayed reference price. These bank charges and rate differences are outside our control.
  3. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout and included in the total. Import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are not included and are payable by the recipient, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
  4. On receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment method. Your payment method is debited on authorisation. Funds received are held as a deposit against the value of the goods and are applied as consideration once the goods are dispatched and confirmed.
  5. Prices are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed as dispatched.

7. Vouchers, Discount Codes and Membership

  1. Discount codes are valid only in the market for which they are issued and only on eligible products. One code per order unless we state otherwise.
  2. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
  3. Membership benefits, where offered, are governed by the membership terms published on this Website and may be varied or withdrawn on reasonable notice.
  4. We may cancel any order and void any code where we identify misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent per-customer limits.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Hong Kong customers return goods to our Hong Kong office; Malaysian and Singaporean customers return goods to our Malaysian address. Refunds in all markets are issued by Gazpro United Sdn Bhd in Malaysian Ringgit.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse this Website. You must not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other malicious, harmful, offensive or obscene material; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services; corrupt data; cause nuisance to other users; infringe the proprietary rights of any person; send unsolicited advertising or promotional material; or attempt to impair the performance or functionality of any system accessed through this Website.

Breach of this clause may constitute a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and may disclose your identity to them.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment, programs or data as a result of your use of this Website or your downloading of material from it or from any linked website.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, content, text, photographic images, video and design made available on or through this Website remain the property of Gazpro United Sdn Bhd or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. All rights are reserved.

You may store, print and display the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not publish, adapt, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any content from this Website, nor use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise, without our prior written consent.

"Kurvacious", "Level-Up Collagen PLUS" and "Gazillion Nutrition" are trade marks of Gazpro United Sdn Bhd and its affiliates.

11. Third Party Trade Marks and Content

Except where expressly stated, all persons (including their names and images), third-party trade marks, content, services and locations featured on this Website are in no way associated, linked or affiliated with Gazpro United Sdn Bhd, and you should not rely on the existence of such a connection. Trade marks and brand names referred to are used solely to describe or identify products and services and do not imply endorsement.

12. Linked Websites

This Website may contain links to websites operated by others. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Your use of a linked site is subject to that site's own terms.

13. Linking to This Website

You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly, lawfully, and in a way that does not damage or exploit our reputation. You must not suggest any association, approval or endorsement where none exists, must not link from a website you do not own, and must not frame this Website on any other site. We may withdraw linking permission at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as expressly stated otherwise, Gazpro United Sdn Bhd, its suppliers, content providers and advertisers exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or equity, and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use of, inability to use, or performance or failure of this Website or any linked site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or equivalent consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gazpro United Sdn Bhd, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of this Website or your breach of these terms.

16. Variation

We may at our absolute discretion and at any time, without notice, amend, remove or vary the Services or any page of this Website, and amend these terms. The terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.

17. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Where a clause or part of a clause can be severed to render the remainder valid, it shall be interpreted accordingly; alternatively, the clause shall be read in the way that most closely resembles its original meaning as permitted by law.

18. Waiver

If you breach these terms and we take no action, we remain entitled to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation in which you breach these terms.

19. Complaints

20. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gazpro United Sdn Bhd and supersede all prior agreements. Any waiver of any provision is effective only if in writing and signed by a director of Gazpro United Sdn Bhd.
